Advertising Platform Integrations

Our Services connect to third-party advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, through their official APIs. By authorizing these integrations, you grant FirstSparkAI permission to access:

  • Campaign, ad set, and ad performance metrics
  • Audience, targeting, and spend data
  • Other account information you explicitly approve during the connection process

This data is accessed solely to provide you with narrative performance reports. FirstSparkAI does not modify or manage your advertising campaigns. You may revoke FirstSparkAI’s access at any time through the respective platform’s account settings.

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and current information.
  • Not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the Services, or misuse FirstSparkAI in any fraudulent or unlawful way.
  • Comply with the terms of Google, Meta, and LinkedIn regarding API access and data usage.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of FirstSparkAI require a paid subscription.

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Changes: FirstSparkAI reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and functionality of FirstSparkAI are the property of FirstSparkAI or its licensors. You are granted a limited license to use the Services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of FirstSparkAI without prior written consent.

Data Privacy

Our collection and use of personal and advertising data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using FirstSparkAI, you acknowledge and agree to that policy.

Disclaimers

  • FirstSparkAI provides reports and insights based on third-party advertising platform data.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data provided by Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or any other third-party service.
  • FirstSparkAI does not assume responsibility for business or financial decisions made based on our reports.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

  • FirstSparkAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of business opportunities.
  • FirstSparkAI’s total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to FirstSparkAI in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using FirstSparkAI at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or fail to pay subscription fees. Termination does not affect provisions that reasonably should survive, such as Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability.

Changes to These Terms

FirstSparkAI may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
